Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods. We accept the following payment methods:

Any transaction fees associated with the payment method chosen are the responsibility of the client.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be received before teaching starts.

A delay in payment will systematically result in a delayed teaching date.

Minimum Purchase Requirement: If a package is not purchased, a minimum of four (4) lessons must be purchased.

Flexibility of 4-Lesson Purchases: If four lessons are purchased, they can be used at any time.

Package Expiration: If a package is bought, any lesson not used within the specified window will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations with at least 24-hour notice: Lessons will be canceled or rescheduled with no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session: The session will be canceled with full charge and no refund or forfeited if part of a package.

No-shows: Teachers will wait for 15 minutes after the starting time of a lesson. If there is no notification from the student within this time, the lesson will be forfeited with full charge.

Bundle Packages: Partial refunds will not be issued for unused sessions.

Reimbursement Policy: Once a package is bought, the client has 14 calendar days to request a reimbursement, provided that tuition has not yet started.

Technical Issues: If a lesson is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, the session will be rescheduled or extended at no additional cost.

4. Late Payments.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone sessions until the payment is completed. Consistently late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Currency and Fees.
All prices are listed in EUR (€). If paying in another currency, exchange rates and potential conversion fees are the client’s responsibility.
6. Custom Payments.
For any amount related to a service not listed on the site, a tailored payment link will be provided.
